Super Viking decided he wanted some of the hacking goodness that Loki and Break have with their cheating SSD's and asked how to copy over his config. I figured that this might be general interest, and I'm lacking some specifics that others might have because he's using one of those flaky Windows OS versions, so specific directory locations are different than mine.

Anyways, my files are in .etqw (it wont be called that on your system)/sdnet/alpha-1 (if you have that specific one, you're weird and I want royalties, yours is probably SuperViking or something)/base

In the base directory you want to copy over the autoexec.cfg, which is where you should be putting your individual customizations, and bindings.cfg which are your key customizations, most of which are set in the ingame gui, but may also be recieved from entries you've made in autoexec.cfg.

Obviously the files need to be installed in the appropriate locations in the new install or nothing works.

Then you can back out to whatever passes for the top level directory for the game config files on your system, the directory where you found the sdnet sub-directory. Go into the base sub-directory, which is different than the base that is in your SuperViking directory. There you will find etqwconfig.cfg Copying that over may save you a lot of setting up with a new system, but I've periodically had trouble copying this file directly over to new installs for some reason, but it often contains useful settings I want to enter into the new install, so I make sure I keep a copy handy for reference at least. YMMV, I would try copying it over initially and seeing if it works.

It took 12min 22 sec to completely load Win 7. That included me typing in the product key, is that fast?

Must be that key logger I pushed to your system. You have separate folders for donkeys and midgets? Those should be combined. I didn't bother perusing your Brokeback folder.
